The bash was attended by Yuvraj Singh, Zaheer Khan, AR Rahman, Diana Penty, Farah Khan, Huma Qureshi, Neha Dhupia among many others. But if some pictures were to be believed, it was Sania’s son Izhaan Mirza Malik who stole the show. Gaurav Kapur shared pictures with Sania but he wrote, “No prize for guessing who’s the real star here.”
In another picture, Kapur congratulated her and said she’s been an inspiration to many, on and off field.
Neha Dhupia dropped a picture with Sania and said there’s nobody like her!
Meanwhile Huma Qureshi shared some pictures with a long note. Huma shared, “To my friend who is an inspiration to a whole generation of young girls & boys … This is the beginning of another glorious chapter my @mirzasaniar You bring your A game to every room that you walk in … I love you and admire you deeply . I first saw you live win Wimbledon in 2015 (a dream come true ) and since then our friendship has only grown ❤️🌟The only thing we fight over is our left profile while taking that selfie 😂 May we always discuss life , love , experiences , fight over selfie angles and laugh out loud ♾️ #Legend #inspiration #love #friendship”
But it was Farah’s picture that stole the show. The director wrote, “So this is what champions do after retirement.. chill in bed with their best friend ♥️ #saniaevent🎊🌺 @mirzasaniar lov uuu♥️”
However, amidst rumours of their divorce, Shoaib Malik was missing from this celebration.
